    Great hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic bar area. The staff once helped me with a local taxi number, which I appreciated. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Xmas.

    The hotel was clean based in an industrial style building with extremely helpful and very amiable staff. The room they gave us was exquisite and large. The staff were happy to help and recommended nearby attractions. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, not far from bar / restaurant, Buckingham Palace, and Piccadilly, Soho, Leicester Square and more. Went to Angus Steakhouse for drink or two, set relatively near the venue...

    We loved our recent stay, especially the amazing dinner in the courtyard and the super comfy beautiful room with a fine bathroom. The spa offered a fantastic massage and a relaxing garden area to unwind. The only thing I'd mention is that while everything was great, we hoped for slightly quicker service at times. 😊

    Ham yard hotel was pretty nice for our 2 nights stay. We loved the bowling alley, and it's in a great spot to explore london. The vibe of the hotel is super trendy, and the staff were friendly. Room was comfy, and we had a nice time chilling in the bar area.

    I seemed like it was a bit overpriced for what we got, and the service could be faster, especially at check-in. The pillows in our room could've been fluffier, for sure.

    Really good Service and Comfort
